Registration Information

Overview

PAG Australia 2024 will be held September 18-20, 2024, across three days (Wednesday through Friday) and consist of plenary talks, scientific sessions and industry workshops, an expo of tabletop exhibits from leading companies in the agri-genomics industry, and a gallery of poster abstracts.

Full Conference Registration Includes:

  • Access to all Scientific Workshop Sessions
  • Access to all Plenary Lectures
  • Access to all Industry Workshops
  • Access to the Vendor Expo and Poster Area
  • Invitation to submit a Poster Abstract
  • Invitation to participate in the Student Workshop Program
  • 3 Days Lunch and complimentary coffee breaks

Rates shown below are Early Registration rates, and will apply through July 14, 2024.

Pre-Ph.D students. Requires upload of school certification documents.

Registration Categories

There are 3 registration categories:

  • Non-profit – includes those at University and Government organizations
  • Industry – includes those at companies and commercial organizations
  • Student – must be Pre-Ph.D and upload a letter of certification from their Department Chairperson

Available Discounts

Early Registration Discount Early Registration rates and are good through July 14, 2024. After that date rates will go up. For best rates, be sure to secure your registration before this discount ends.

PAG 31 Discount We are currently offering a discount of $100 off PAG Australia registration rates for attendees of PAG 31 in San Diego. Email [email protected] with your PAG 31 registration ID# to receive a discount code.

PostDoc Discount We are offering a $50 discount to attendees in Postdoctoral Research Positions. Please email a photo of your student ID to [email protected] to receive a discount code.

Payment

We accept payment via credit card in US currency, or wire transfer. All payment must be made online, no cash will be accepted onsite at the conference. Please contact us at pagaus@scherago if you wish to make arrangements for a wire transfer. (All wire transfers must be completed by September 8, 2024 or the registration will be invalid.)

On-site Registration

Upon your arrival at the Westin Perth, please proceed to the Second floor to pick up your registration materials at the PAG Australia Registration Desk.

Registration Desk Hours:

  • Wednesday, September 18 / 8: 00 am – 5: 00 pm
  • Thursday, September 19 / 8: 00 am – 5: 00 pm
  • Friday, September 20 / 8: 00 am – 12: 00 pm

Exhibitor Badges

Full Conference badges which allow exhibitors to attend all scientific sessions and events at PAG Australia are included with the Exhibit Booth, and various Sponsorship Opportunities (see each package for details).  We do not offer Exhibits Only badges.

Exhibitors may purchase additional Full Conference badges at $625 USD each. Please email [email protected] for details.

Travel to Australia/Visas

Attendees who are not Australian citizens will need a valid Australian visa to enter the country.  You can apply for a range of visa types at your nearest Australian Embassy or Consulate or on the Australian Department of Home Affairs website. We have gathered some information that may be helpful. Please visit our Visa Information page.

Visa Assistance / Letters of Invitation

The PAG Australia Organizing Committee is offering assistance should you need a Letter of Invitation to facilitate the visa application process or to provide authorization for attendance.
